Our newest addition is the outdoor, open pavilion with furniture and a comfortable and cooling ceiling fan. We have a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, storage containers, silver ware, glass ware, coffee pot, blender, hand blender, toaster, microwave, crock pot and more. At Beer Camp we have two showers (one outside and one inside). The outside shower is a great way to clean off after a day in the lake or just a hot fishing day! The area is located on the second floor of this cape cod style cottage, however there is a first floor with a 1/2 bath, small kitchenette and space for other activities. We do allow extra guest up to 4 more to stay in the 1st floor area, but those guests would need to bring a cot or air mattress at this time. It's only a small up charge for the additional guests. The upper floor does have a smart TV and free wifi is available to stream movies and such. There is also a nice covered front porch and a picnic table for those who would like to eat outside. You are welcome to go for a walk through the woods on several miles of cleared multi-use trails and say hi to the farm animals (2 cows as well as free range birds - peacocks, turkeys, chickens, guineas, ducks). A lovely 3 bedroom 1 bath house in the beautiful country. Feel free to enjoy your summer days on our front deck while your kids enjoy playing in our front yard. In the fall the leaves are gorgeous here and don't miss out on the Pumpkin Fest in Conneaut Lake, PA. A winter day can be enjoyed staying warm inside watching the snow fall. Then in the spring everything comes to life again. It all happens here. Pets Welcome! Although we do get the luxury of country living here, we also are close to everything. Conneaut Lake and Pymatuning Lake are within 15 minutes. Lake Wilhelm and Shenango Lake are around 25 minutes away. Lake Erie is about 45 minutes away. There are many local wineries in Jamestown, PA, Conneaut Lake, PA, Sheakleyville, PA, and across the Ohio line. If you want to go to the Ohio, Erie, or NY Wineries, they are about an hour or more away. Pittsburgh and Cleveland are both 90 mins away. Jamestown Deer Park is around 10 minutes away. We're close to many other parks, golf courses, restaurants, flea markets, Amish produce stands, lakes, and breweries too. Conneaut Lake, Meadville, Erie, Andover, Geneva on the Lake, Linesville, Volant, Hermitage, Sharon, Mercer, Greenville, Jamestown--you name it--there is a lot to do in a small country town. Thiel College and Allegheny College are within 15-25 minutes away, as well as, other schools too. Feel free to enjoy the entire first floor of the house, the front deck, and the front yard. Park in our driveway. There is a gate that blocks the basement steps. Please do not go down those steps or into our basement. The backyard isn't for guests and neither is our shed. If you need anything, please contact me, and I will respond as soon as possible to try to always make sure that your stay is enjoyable. Our neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and we do live in Amish country. Farmers do farm the fields around us so you may see a tractor or two at times. If you feel like taking a walk, there are a few nice roads to enjoy near our house. Feel free to park in our driveway. Please do not drive through the grass or flower beds. No local transportation is nearby. Although there are TVs in each room, they will only work by you bringing your own streaming devices. There are no TV services otherwise. Please leave our home exactly how it was when you arrived. If you have used any dishes, please wash them before you leave. Do not go down the basement steps. It is locked and we have it gated off so that area is not for guests. Only remain on the first floor. The back of the house and back yard isn't for guests either. We have a big front yard and large side yards. So please do not go into the back yard. Do not smoke in our house. You may smoke outside, but you must get rid of all cigarette or smoking debris properly and sanitarily. All pets are always welcome in our home, PLEASE always clean up after your pets properly, and do not let them chew or scratch our furniture. The hot tub is not for guests to use--it is empty and is to be left alone. Always leave baby gate up at top of steps to ensure all children, pets, and adults are safe. We simply ask that you please treat our home with care and respect, and leave it in excellent shape as everything was when you came in.

There is no other property like this in the area. Only finished eight years ago, this beautiful "cabin" is a real slice of heaven. We are Smoker and Pet friendly, but we ask that you refrain from smoking inside the actual cottage and smoke on the front screen porch or outside. This cottage is just minutes away from the water, Marina, Boat Launch, Espyville main drag, Ice Cream store and more... This property is in a lake-front plan just 1000 yards through a wooded path to the water. It is great for both family and fishing. There are boat launches .5 miles in each direction. Close tourist attractions include fishing and the annual Kids Fishing Derby during the first week of August each year. This is located 3 miles from the Spillway, the Hatchery, and a Nature Preserve. All of these are free of charge. Other family/fisherman oriented attractions include Yorkies Ice Cream, Poffs bait and fishing, the Lil-Bit Diner, and the Countryside Diner. For the more sports oriented, there is Scooters just across the Ohio Border which features a sports bar (decorated as half Cleveland and half Pittsburgh sports) that includes both a bar and restaurant with daily specials. The location is close enough for entertainment, yet far enough away for quiet serenity. Included at this property are a full functioning kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and a gas grill. All bedding and towels are provided. All bedding is changed and washed in hot water with every family. The owner has multiple replacement sets of all bedding and bathroom towels. Supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are also provided. A mobile air conditioner is now included along with fans. Bass Drive also has an access road which takes you directly to the Lake, making your fishing and/or mooring of the boat easier for you. The Little Tin Cottage is nestled in a small neighborhood within walking distance to the Causeway and marina/boat launch for fishing from the shore or on your boat. TLTC is small and cozy but packs a lot of comfort and simple unique decor to suit everyone's taste. An equipped kitchen for cooking inside or maybe you'd prefer the gas/charcoal grill to cook outside. Charcoal and campfire wood is supplied as a courtesy for your convenience so there's no reason to bring your own. There's a BBQ Pit as well for those that enjoy "Remember When" old fashioned cookouts. How ever you cook you can dine inside the cottage or outside at the picnic table area. Don't want to cook? No problem. We have a few restaurants in the area too. Enjoy sitting out on the covered porch or open deck , it's small but roomy. In the mood for a campfire? That's here too. Sitting at the fire, making s'mores, cooking weenies on a stick or just relaxing by staring into the flames and having simple conversations with the ones you're sharing time with. Who needs WiFi? Pretend it's 1995 and talk to each other. It's like the Hokey-Pokey. That's what it's all about. And "Me Time". It's always "Me Time" at TLTC. Our house is just off of State Highway 285. It is very quite with lots of parking. We are next door to Poff's Place bait shop and within walking distance (0.4 of a mile) of causeway boat launch, Espyville marina/boat rental, and the dollar store. We have lots of yard space for kids to play or to relax and enjoy a quite night on the patio by the fire. Our house has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full bed. The BellaDonna Inn is located in the heart of the North Hill Historic District in New Castle, PA. Only a short walk from downtown and the Hoyt, and just steps from the Lawrence County Historic Society and the Scottish Rites Cathedral. The house was built in 1882 by John C. Wallace, a prominent pharmacist, merchant and Freemason. The home remained in the Wallace family for over 100 Years. The current owners, Mariah and Dustin purchased the home in 2010 and have lovingly restored this once grand home to its former glory, using much of the original Victorian architecture but with all the modern conveniences. The BellaDonna Inn operates as a Bed & Breakfast, featuring three luxuriously appointed rooms each with its own individual character. All three rooms are located on the second floor. A full gourmet breakfast is served daily in the Dining Room or the Gentleman’s Sitting Room. A coffee and tea center is located between the rooms for your convenience. Guests also have access to the Library / TV room on the guest floor. The Black Orchid Suite is decorated in a high Victorian Gothic style and features a luxurious and roomy king size bed, an intimate seating area and en suite bath with a large claw foot tub. The Mystic Rose Room is reminiscent of a Medieval castle and features a cozy full size bed, a comfortable seating area and a shared bathroom with a tub / shower combination. The Lily of the Nile Room is decorated in a British Colonial style and features a soft comfortable queen sized bed, a charming seating area and a shared bathroom with a tub / shower combination. We are available for meetings and events. Tin City Caters, our in-house caterer is available for all your affairs, on or off the premises. Our menu features all your traditional favorites prepared in a healthy and delicious way. We use only the best and freshest ingredients, organic and obtained locally when possible. Custom menus themed to your party are our specialty. Special diet requirements are accommodated. All Things Divine, our Wellness Center, in the BellaDonna Inn is available to guests of the Inn, as well as the general public by appointment only. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3bedroom/2 bath newly built Log Cabin property. The main/master bedroom has one full-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping two people.  The loft sleeps ten with two double bunk beds and two single beds. The lower bedroom is also furnished with an antique double bed and sleeps two. The open living room is furnished with an L shaped leather couch, to enjoy the 50" flat screen TV and gas log stone fireplace. The open kitchen and dining area features Amish handmade rustic solid cherry cabinets, granite countertops, a dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave, ceramic top electric stove, and refrigerator. Dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. Situated on the Slippery Rock Creek, guests may relax while enjoying listening to the flow of the stream from the balcony off the living room or the porch off the lower family room.   Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Moraine State Park and McConnell's Mills State Park, fishing, kayaking, hiking, bicycling the trails, hunting, swimming, and boating. Minutes away are Grove City Premium Outlets, quaint towns such as Volant, New Wilmington, and Slippery Rock offering many dining experiences, wineries, shopping, breweries, golfing, and Amish country site-seeing. On The Rock is convenient lodging for local rustic wedding venues such as Betsy's Barn, Rustic Acres Farm, and Iron's Mill Farmstead, as well as visitations to the many nearby colleges and universities. Within walking distance of the cabin are 480 acres of Pennsylvania State Game Lands.
